Introduction to Nanotechnology Credit Hours: 3 hours. Repeatable for maximum 6 hours credit. This multidisciplinary course will expose students to the emerging field of nanoscale science and engineering. The subject matter will include top-down and bottom-up approaches to the fabrication of nanoscale systems. The experimental investigation of nanoscale systems, as well as the theory and modeling of these systems is described. Level: Graduate Undergraduate
